issues tracking schedule
In order to record and monitor Press Operations issues identified by the program and sub-program managers, OCOG functional areas, the IOC Media Operations Department and various news organizations, Press Operations should maintain issues tracking schedule by program and sub-program. This allows for all Press Operations related issues to be centrally managed by item, tracked by date and regularly updated so that issues are resolved in a timely manner and all parties can be promptly notified upon resolution.
